Registration & Fees process
Please read and follow the details listed below.
Essendon Baseball Players must complete 2 steps to be eligible for the first game each season. You must:
- Register with BA & BV, and pay the associated Fee’s (includes Insurance)
- Pay the EBC Club Fees.
Be advised, that BA/BV must be paid PRIOR to 1st game. No exceptions.
Please note theat senior players out of training hours access to the gym and hitting facility is conditional on fees being paid in full.
Essendon Volunteers must register using Step 1, however, are not required to pay ABF/BV fees. This includes Committee, Coaches, Scorers, Team Managers, Umpires and all who do Volunteer duties around the club during the games/training and in general
Essendon Social Members can pay Fees by completing Step 2.
Step 1: ABF & BV Registration
There has been a change in the ABF.BV registration system They have now switched to using another SportsTG program called GameDay. (Winter only)
Whilst they have migrated your information to the new program, it’s imperative that you enter your existing email addy as this is what links things from one program to the other system
If existing Summer Member, you will not be required to again Pay the BA component. It should be greyed out. You will just be asked to pay the BV component.
New Players or Volunteers need to Create an Account if they do not have one. You can register other family members at same time.
When you 1st try to login, it will ask you to enter your regular email address. (the same one you previously used) The system will then send you an email asking for you to create a password. (remember it as the same will need to be used in future seasons.
The ABF and BV Registration has national and state fees that are mandatory and are already pre-selected for you. If your club fees are showing, please select the options relevant to you. You can pay by credit card or PayPal.
Please be aware that you will need to pay the associated amount when you register or it will fail.

Step 2: EBC Club Fees
Please be advised that our 2024 Club Fee’s payment page is now live.
Winter club fees are due and payable as of the 1st game of the season. Failing this you can only play if you have entered into a payment agreement plan by speaking to our Treasurer, Martin Coster. martin_coster@bigpond.com
This plan must be agreed prior to your 1st game and then must be completed in full by the agreed date. If we both agree you will have until the 30/5 to to have paid all outstanding amounts. Any part payment plan will require you to have paid at least 50% of your fees prior to 2nd game. If you are having difficulty, Afterpay is also an option available to help spread out the payments. Any payment plan must be completed in full prior to the 30th of May or you will not be available for selection. For New members Club fee’s must be paid in full prior to 30th of April. If not paid by then you will not be available for selection.
Any Junior who is playing Juniors AND Seniors, must select the Junior Also playing Senior option. This applies to all those Juniors who start the season in the Seniors and those who turn 14 during the season and intend to then play Seniors. This applies to both Men’s and Women’s comps.
Payment can be made by either Direct Deposit, via our Online Shop

To pay by Direct Deposit, use the PLAYERS or FAMILY NAME AS YOUR REFERENCE and deposit the correct amount shown above to:

Afterpay option available
The club offers the option of paying using Afterpay. This allows the payment to be split into 4 payments over 4 weeks.
Payment options also include apple pay and google pay.
